RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your shipment. This period begins from the date of delivery as evidenced by delivery proof. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all warranty seals and tags.

CONDITIONS FOR PROPERLY EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To successfully exercise your right of withdrawal, please adhere to these conditions for a full refund:

  • Initiate your return request online within 14 days from the delivery date. Late requests may be denied.
  • Returned products must be unused, in new and perfect condition, complete with all protective materials, labels, tags, accessories, and documents. If the product is worn, used, or altered from its original state, we reserve the right to refuse the return or adjust the refund amount.
  • We do not accept returns of different products from the same order at separate times.

Upon receipt of the returned items, we will assess their condition before processing the refund. If all conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price, deducting the cost of return shipping. Please note, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

STANDARD RETURN PROCESS

For discounted return shipping rates with our preferred carrier, contact our Customer Care at info@seafarer.com. We will provide a pre-filled return label. Follow the instructions included in your package for return shipping.

If you choose a different carrier, you will bear the full cost and responsibility for the return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

NOTE: For orders placed up to 14 days before November 29th, 2023, contact our customer care at info@seafarer.com for return arrangements. Do not use the standard return form for these orders.

IN CASE OF RETURN REJECTION BY SEAFARER

If the returned products do not meet our conditions or are found damaged or used, we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases, you can choose to have the products reshipped at your expense. Once reshipped, you cannot refuse the delivery. We do not accept returns from countries different from the delivery country.

REFUND TIMELINES

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund timeline depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit Card: Refund timing depends on your bank. The credit date will be the same as the original debit date.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within a few days, and you'll receive a confirmation from PayPal.
